Food Pencils are Not returnable Or refundable.

If you have problems with your order, please use the form to contact us.  
You will have 30 days from the purchase date to discuss problems with your order.  
Each case will be evaluated independently and place under consideration for replacement Pencil.

FoodPencils May soften in warmer weather.

Food Pencil is not responsible for Pencils left outside or damage due to the shipping carrier.

Pictures of the shipping package and Pencil must be included in request for consideration for replacement Pencil. 

Only One Pencil replacement will be considered for one Pencil ordered.

US orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days to ensure the speediest delivery!

Our shipping time frames depend on where you are located. All orders are processed within 3-5 business day. If you place an order on Friday it will most likely not be processed until the following Monday. Keep this in mind if you are needing faster delivery.  We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 business days but for some areas outside of the USA, delivery can take up to 2 weeks Or longer. 

We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address,  FoodPencil is not responsible for lost/stolen orders.

Ground parcel deliveries will be shipped using USPS.

After your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping details via email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipments sent are sold exclusive of Tax and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authority for rates.

All charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over the charges and unfortunately we are unable to predict.
